Welcome to the Jost Arms website. By accessing or using this website, placing an order, purchasing products or services, or interacting with Jost Arms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or purchase from Jost Arms.
These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through our website and in-store.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
2. Eligibility to Purchase
Customers are responsible for ensuring they are legally eligible to purchase any products offered by Jost Arms.
The purchase, possession, transportation, storage, and use of regulated products are subject to applicable federal, provincial, and local laws.
Customers purchasing products that require a firearms licence are responsible for ensuring that their licence is valid before placing an order.
3. Firearms & Regulated Products
All firearm and regulated product sales are subject to applicable Canadian laws.
Completion of an online purchase does not guarantee that a regulated product transfer will occur. Products requiring a firearms licence will only be transferred after all applicable legal requirements and successful licence verification have been completed.
If a customer's firearms licence is invalid, expired, cannot be verified, or the customer is otherwise ineligible to legally receive the product, the order will be cancelled.
Orders cancelled due to unsuccessful licence verification are subject to the Licence Verification section of the Jost Arms Return & Refund Policy, including the applicable administrative fee.
Jost Arms reserves the right to refuse or cancel any regulated product transaction where required by law or where legal eligibility cannot be confirmed.
4. Product Availability & Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices, specifications, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.
Although we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory, stock discrepancies may occur. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order has been accepted.
If a product becomes unavailable or a pricing or listing error is discovered, Jost Arms reserves the right to cancel the order and provide an appropriate remedy.
5. Orders & Payment
Payment for all orders, bookings, and special orders must be received within 3 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Orders that remain unpaid after 3 business days may be cancelled without notice.
Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance by Jost Arms. An order is considered accepted only when it has been processed and approved.
6. Order Refusal & Cancellation
Jost Arms reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

Failure to successfully verify a required firearms licence.

Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity.

Pricing, typographical, or product listing errors.

Inventory discrepancies or product unavailability.

Supplier shortages or discontinued products.

Suspected unlawful activity or misuse of products.

Safety concerns.

Compliance with applicable laws or government requirements.
If Jost Arms cancels an order due to inventory shortages, supplier issues, pricing errors, or other circumstances not caused by the customer, the customer will receive either:

A full refund to the original method of payment; or

Store credit, if requested by the customer.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Jost Arms is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, supplier delays, government requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
8. In-Store Pickup
Customers selecting in-store pickup will be notified when their order is ready.
Government-issued identification and any legally required documentation, including a valid firearms licence where applicable, must be presented before regulated products will be released.
9. Special Orders
Special order products may require a deposit or full payment before being ordered from our supplier.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, special order products are final sale.
10. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, store credit, and licence verification cancellations are governed by the Jost Arms Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
Customers are encouraged to review the Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.
11. Product Information
Jost Arms makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, specifications, photographs, and other information are accurate.
However, manufacturers may change specifications without notice, and errors or omissions may occur.
Product images are provided for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary in colour, finish, wood grain, camouflage pattern, packaging, or other cosmetic details.
