Return & Refund Policy

At Jost Arms, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing from Jost Arms, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Jost Arms reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies available under applicable law.


1. Payment & Order Cancellation

Payment for all orders, bookings, and special orders must be received within 3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Orders that remain unpaid after 3 business days may be cancelled without notice.


2. 30-Day Return Policy

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the requirements outlined in this policy.


3. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • The item must be unused and in new condition.

  • The item must include its original packaging, manuals, accessories, promotional items, and all other components included at the time of purchase.

  • The item must not show signs of use, installation, modification, abuse, or damage.

All returned merchandise is subject to inspection and approval by Jost Arms.


4. Store Credit

Approved returns are eligible for store credit only.

Store credit:

  • Has no cash value.

  • Is non-transferable.

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.


5. Restocking Fee

Jost Arms reserves the right to charge a reasonable restocking fee on approved returns where applicable. Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit issued.


6. Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be in new, unused condition.

Products that show signs of use, installation, modification, damage, or are missing original packaging, manuals, accessories, promotional items, or other components may be refused or may receive a reduced store credit at the sole discretion of Jost Arms.


7. Licence Verification

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they hold a valid firearms licence and are legally eligible to purchase any product requiring a firearms licence before placing an order.

If an order cannot be completed because the customer's firearms licence is invalid, expired, cannot be verified, or the customer is otherwise ineligible to legally receive the product, the order will be cancelled.

Orders cancelled for these reasons are not eligible for a refund. A store credit equal to the purchase price, less a 25% administrative fee, will be issued.

The administrative fee covers costs associated with payment processing, licence verification, order processing, inventory management, and other administrative expenses incurred by Jost Arms.

This policy applies to all products requiring a valid firearms licence.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit unless required by applicable law:

  • All firearms

  • Ammunition

  • Reloading powder

  • Primers

  • Gift cards

  • Special order items

  • Opened optics

  • Opened electronic products

  • Opened cleaning products

  • Opened lubricants

  • Opened chemicals

  • Opened COâ‚‚ cartridges

  • Products that have been installed, altered, or modified after purchase unless determined to be defective


9. Firearms

All firearm sales are final.

No returns, exchanges, or store credit will be provided for firearms once the sale has been completed.

Used firearms are sold as-is with no warranty, unless otherwise stated in writing.

New firearms are covered solely by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.

All firearm sales are subject to applicable federal and provincial laws, including successful firearms licence verification where required.


10. Ammunition & Reloading Components

For safety reasons, all sales of ammunition, reloading powder, primers, and other reloading components are final.

No returns, exchanges, or store credit will be provided.


11. Optics & Electronics

Unopened optics and electronic products may be eligible for return provided they meet all other requirements of this policy.

Opened optics and electronic products are final sale unless determined to be defective.

Manufacturer warranty coverage, where applicable, remains the responsibility of the manufacturer.


12. Clothing & Merchandise

Clothing and general merchandise may be returned within 30 days provided they:

  • Are unworn and unused.

  • Have original tags attached where applicable.

  • Are in original condition.

  • Meet all other requirements of this policy.


13. Special Orders

Products ordered specifically at a customer's request are considered special orders.

Once a special order has been placed with our supplier, it is final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.


14. Defective Products & Manufacturer Warranties

Products found to have a manufacturing defect may be eligible for repair, replacement, or warranty service in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.

Jost Arms may assist customers with warranty claims; however, warranty approval, repair, replacement, and processing times are determined solely by the manufacturer.


15. Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Warranty claims

  • Replacement shipments

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


16. Inspection Upon Receipt

Customers are responsible for inspecting their purchase upon pickup or immediately after delivery.

Any shortages, incorrect items, shipping damage, or other concerns should be reported to Jost Arms as soon as reasonably possible.


17. Refusal of Returns

Jost Arms reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
