Thank you for shopping with Jost Arms. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review this Shipping Policy before placing an order.
By placing an order with Jost Arms, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed during our regular business hours.
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
Processing times may be extended due to high order volumes, supplier delays, inventory verification, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Orders requiring firearms licence verification or additional legal requirements may require additional processing time.
2. Payment
Payment for all orders, bookings, and special orders must be be received within 3 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Orders that remain unpaid after 3 business days may be cancelled without notice.
Orders are not processed or shipped until payment has been received and any required licence verification has been successfully completed.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package dimensions, weight, shipping method selected, and any applicable carrier surcharges.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed before your order is completed.
4. Shipping Carriers
Jost Arms ships using reputable Canadian carriers selected at our discretion unless otherwise agreed.
Carrier availability may vary depending on the destination and the products being shipped.
5. Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Jost Arms is not responsible for delays resulting from:

Labour disruptions

6. Firearms & Regulated Products
Products requiring a valid firearms licence will only be shipped after all applicable legal requirements and successful firearms licence verification have been completed.
Jost Arms reserves the right to refuse shipment of any regulated product where required by law.
If licence verification cannot be completed because the customer's firearms licence is invalid, expired, cannot be verified, or the customer is otherwise ineligible to legally receive the product, the order will be cancelled in accordance with the Jost Arms Return & Refund Policy.
7. Ammunition & Other Regulated Products
Certain products, including ammunition and other regulated items, may be subject to additional shipping restrictions or carrier requirements.
Jost Arms reserves the right to determine the shipping method used for these products to ensure compliance with applicable laws and carrier policies.
8. In-Store Pickup
Customers selecting in-store pickup will be notified when their order is ready.
Government-issued identification and any legally required documentation, including a valid firearms licence where applicable, must be presented before regulated products will be released.
Orders not picked up within 14 days of being marked ready for pickup may be subject to cancellation or storage fees where applicable. Jost Arms will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer before any such action is taken.
Firearms and other regulated products not picked up within 14 days may be subject to storage fees. Products remaining unclaimed for an extended period may be considered abandoned and handled in accordance with applicable laws and Jost Arms' policies.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate Canadian shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for all additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
Jost Arms is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping information.
10. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Customers should inspect their shipment immediately upon delivery.
If a shipment arrives damaged, appears to have been tampered with, or if items are missing, Jost Arms should be contacted as soon as possible.
Claims relating to shipping damage or lost shipments may require the customer's cooperation with the shipping carrier during the claims process.
11. Split Shipments
If an order contains multiple items, Jost Arms reserves the right to ship items separately when necessary due to product availability, supplier shipments, package size, or other operational requirements.
Additional shipping charges will not be applied unless agreed to by the customer before shipment.
12. Order Delays
If a significant delay affecting your order becomes known, Jost Arms will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided with your order.
13. Shipping Within Canada
Jost Arms currently ships within Canada only.
We do not offer international shipping.
Orders containing firearms, ammunition, or other regulated products will only be shipped where permitted by applicable Canadian laws and regulations.
Jost Arms reserves the right to refuse shipment to any location where delivery would violate applicable laws, carrier restrictions, or safety requirements.
14. Adult Signature Requirement
Certain shipments may require an adult signature and/or identity verification upon delivery in accordance with applicable laws or carrier policies.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the shipment where required.
15. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been shipped, except where required by applicable law.
If a shipment is refused, returned, or deemed undeliverable due to customer error, the customer remains responsible for all shipping charges and any additional costs incurred.
16. Changes to this Policy
Jost Arms reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
The version published on our website at the time an order is placed will apply.
